If, after following our internal process, you still feel your concern has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate the matter further through one of the following independent platforms:

MIOSA provides free and impartial dispute resolution for issues related to the sale and repair of motor vehicles and related services.

If your complaint relates to violating your consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, you may also approach the National Consumer Commission.

SAMBRA provides mediation for disputes involving panel beating, spray painting, and insurance-related repairs.
