Our dispute resolution process is designed to address your concerns promptly, fairly, and transparently — whether the issue relates to repair quality, communication, timelines, or billing.
Step 1 — Contact Us Directly: The fastest way to resolve any concern is to contact the branch manager where your repair was performed. Most issues can be resolved immediately through direct communication. You can also reach our head office support team on 067 072 0925 or via our contact form.
Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, submit a formal complaint through our complaints page. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours and assigned to a senior manager for investigation.
Step 3 — Independent Review: For complex disputes, we may arrange an independent assessment of the repair work. As SAMBRA members, we adhere to the Motor Body Repair Association's code of conduct and dispute resolution procedures.
If our internal process does not resolve your concern to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate the matter to external bodies including the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA), the National Consumer Commission (NCC), or the relevant provincial consumer affairs office. We cooperate fully with any external investigation and are committed to fair outcomes.
Every repair performed at our workshops carries a lifetime warranty. If you notice any issue with a completed repair — whether it appears the next day or months later — bring the vehicle back and we will inspect and rectify it at no additional cost. This warranty covers workmanship and materials used in the repair.
