Terms and conditions for using the HJ Bosch & Sons website and repair services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

2. Services Description

HJ Bosch & Sons provides autobody repair services including panel beating, spray painting, PDR (Paintless Dent Removal), and structural repairs. All services are subject to physical inspection and final quotation.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• Online quotes are estimates only and subject to physical vehicle inspection
• Final pricing will be confirmed after in-person assessment
• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise
• Additional damage discovered during repairs will be communicated before proceeding

4. Consumer Protection

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) are fully protected. This includes the right to fair and honest dealing, the right to disclosure and information, and the right to fair value, good quality and safety.

5. Warranties

We offer a lifetime warranty on paintwork performed at our branches, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the CPA.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HJ Bosch & Sons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or delays caused by third parties including insurers or parts suppliers. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the CPA.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
